How do you know if an AI startup has the potential to thrive?

Aadil Jaleel Choudhry (Co-Founder and CEO at vResolv.io) is making waves in the AI revolution, creating AI and embedded solutions – to enable people to leverage the power of AI to solve their real-world problems.

Embedded AI brings intelligence right up close to the source of data generation, and enables devices and digital services to process information at the edge – speeding up decision-making processes and minimising latency.

We asked Aadil about the inspiration behind his AI startup, and the steps his team took to identify product-market fit

Where did the inspiration for vResolv.io come from?

“While the current IT landscape is vibrant and thriving, when the co-founders of vResolv.io first started pursuing their entrepreneurial ambitions, they found a noticeable void in the Deep Tech, Embedded Systems, and AI spaces in Pakistan.

“Most startups at the time were focused on application development, leaving little room for innovation in foundational technologies. This gap inspired them to establish a platform that could drive meaningful advancements in AI, Embedded Systems, and other cutting-edge technologies. They envisioned vResolv.io as a hub to nurture local talent, equip them with expertise in the latest trends, and position Pakistan as a contributor to global innovation. With this mission, vResolv.io emerged to spark transformational progress in the tech ecosystem.”

What were the steps you took to test product-market fit and understand what your potential clients needed in an AI partner?

“Every product we build begins with an acute focus on solving real-world problems, whether for our clients or under our own brand. Our process blends rigorous problem analysis with industry insights to ensure that our solutions align with client needs and deliver tangible impact.

“In developing our flagship product Qazi.ai, a judicial AI assistant, we embarked on a multi-faceted approach to achieve product-market fit. We collaborated with a Supreme Court legal advisor to deeply understand the judicial landscape, identifying pain points that technology could alleviate.

“This collaboration led to a product designed with three implementation models — B2G, B2B, and B2C — tailored to diverse stakeholders in the legal ecosystem.

“To validate the concept and explore scalability, we engaged in discussions with key policymakers, including Pakistan's IT&T Minister, focusing on modernising judicial processes. This step not only reinforced the relevance of Qazi.ai but also demonstrated its potential to bring efficiency and accessibility to legal systems.

“By aligning our product’s capabilities with real-world challenges and stakeholder feedback, we ensured its viability in diverse markets.

“We’ve also been honing expertise by developing AI and Embedded solutions for a range of SMEs across industries. This client-centric approach allows us to deeply understand their unique challenges, crafting solutions that position us as a trusted technology partner. Our methodology — rooted in collaboration, problem-solving, and market validation — has been instrumental in building products that resonate with end users and achieve lasting impact.”

For you personally, what’s the most exciting thing about AI?

“Speaking on behalf of the team here at vResolv.io, what excites us most about AI is simply its ability to disrupt – the ability to turn processes and methods which have existed for decades or even centuries on their heads.

“There is no traditional method one can think of which would not get a major bump in efficiency and output with the integration of AI. Added to the fact that such integrations lead to seamless automations, pulling people out of redundant tasks and allowing them to focus on matters much more fitting of their skillset and capabilities.”
